Career coaching and counseling are very important because most of the time survivors of commercial sexual exploitation, domestic violence and gender-based violence need guidance and tailored action plans. We provide a trauma-informed framework because we focus on the survivor’s past experience, safety and give them the resources they need to overcome their professional barriers. We promote collaboration, empowerment and address stress, fear, triggers and professional challenges in a compassionate manner.
