Alida is an HR Executive with 20 years of experience, who enjoys consulting with early stage ventures and non-profit organizations. Her mission is to be a key resource and a partner, who believes in her clients and in their potential to make things happen in their careers and businesses. Determined to play an essential and decisive role in the lives of survivors of domestic violence and sex trafficking, Alida offers suitable guidance to achieve self-confidence, self-motivation, self-control and self-awareness. She works closely with New York City’s legislative body to eradicate intimate partner violence and promote the well-being of survivors. Tireless Advocate, Alida's dedication and contribution in fighting against domestic violence has been recognized by several awards, in published articles and letters. Prior to launching Tchic Consulting, Alida held several corporate HR leadership positions in staffing, hospitality and professional services organizations. Alida holds a Master of Arts from the University of Paris XII (France) and several Certificates in Diversity and Trauma Care. Certified trauma-informed Consultant, Alida's business is all about helping people overcome their challenges and utilize their talents. She has travelled extensively and worked in different societies and cultures, and brings a keen intercultural awareness to her customized training packages.
Alida is also the CEO and founder of Healing Hands Incorporated, o non-profit organization dedicated to helping survivors of domestic and gender based violence get back on their feet to achieve personal and financial independence.
